Kwanda Resources

Kwanda, derived from the Zulu word for “growth”, was established in 2006 by our Managing Director, Mr. Damian Buckley. The company’s primary activities are recycling and trading. We operate state of the art cable recycling machinery and trade in various products. As a young company, Kwanda is continually seeking to develop capabilities that allow for diversification in the products offered to its customers. This ensures that the Company remains competitive in a volatile economy and fast changing business environment. Our recycling activities includes processing of aluminium and copper-based electrical cable, other high value aluminium products and waste electronic equipment into recyclable components and the re-processing of material for valuable recovery. Trading activities occur across the company’s different business clusters which comprise – Non- ferrous metals, Ferro Alloys, Plastics and Waste Electronic Equipment (“WEE”)
